Fighting Mongooses (FITE) are an amateur Rocket League team. They currently compete in Rocket Sundays (RS) as a member of the Development Tier, and play in green and white colours. FITE are modern day staples of the Development Tier, though both members of their current roster have origins that trace all the way back to the very first season of Rocket Sundays. Their logo is one of two stock logos created by Aarontair for Season 12 of RS, the other belonging to Duilt Bifferent. RS12 marks their fifth season as a pair - their first match took place on 15th November 2019, sweeping Pro AM in what would ultimately be the sole series win of their inaugural season. Since returning to RSX after a lengthy hiatus, Fighting Mongooses have experienced moderate success in the Development Tier, reaching the playoff semifinals and losing to the tier's eventual champions in consecutive seasons. The first of these eliminations, a 2-4 defeat against Norberts Boys in the RSX playoff semifinals, is broadly considered to be one of the greatest matches in Development Tier history. FITE's Season 12 began with an 0-3 loss to Sundays Memesport, though they rebounded the following week with a 3-2 win over fellow Development side VDG Night Furies. The team have since kicked off league play in the Development Tier for the fourth time, and are the division's #1 seeds for the first time. Honours N/A Season-by-Season Record
