B. What Basic Information Does Sundays Esport Collect? We only collect personal data from you on a voluntary basis, and you may visit areas on the Site without providing us with such. SUNDAYS ESPORT MARK USAGE AGREEMENT Last Update: 06.01.2022 The Sundays Esport Marks (including Rocket Sundays, Formula Sundays and any other competition by SE) are important assets of Sundays Esport's business, and they are protected by UK and international copyright and trademark laws. By using them you agree as follows: We grant you permission to use the Sundays Esport Marks on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis. This permission may be revoked at any time at our discretion. Of course, we don't expect to do this without a good reason. You won't imply any relationship with Sundays Esport other than the one that actually exists. Sundays Esport may provide you with style or usage guidelines from time to time, including such things as size, color or placement. Unless we agree otherwise, you will use the Sundays Esport Marks only in a way that is consistent with those guidelines. You will update your use of the Sundays Esport Marks to conform to changes in the guidelines within a reasonable time after we provide you notice of the change. You may not use the Sundays Esport Marks, any confusingly similar name or trademark, in the name of your product or service, or in your domain name, without our prior written approval. Some may take longer depending on production/fulfillment times and postal services in the countries the items are shipped from. All items are made to order via this service and distributed from the UK and/or Europe depending on which item is ordered. Shipping details are usually emailed to your details provided when making a purchase. You can request order tracking details via contact@sundaysesport.co.uk Shipping is a one time fixed cost per category of item (e.g Packs Cards and Clothing have a different one time shipping rate meaning when purchasing items from both categories, both charges will apply once), this is due to the nature of the 'made to order' drop shipping of Printful .
