The team's first match took place on 8th November 2020, as C4E were defeated 2-3 by Irrelevant Esports in their opening fixture of the RS9 Master Qualifiers - CODE4 would go on to finish 14th/20 teams, with a 1-3 record and 7pts, collecting a notable 3-1 victory against Noot Noot en route.
