SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

SHIPPING

Shipping Policy

We use Printful Services for all current online orders, most should take approx. 5 business days. Some may take longer depending on production/fulfillment times and postal services in the countries the items are shipped from. All items are made to order via this service and distributed from the UK and/or Europe depending on which item is ordered. Shipping details are usually emailed to your details provided when making a purchase. You can request order tracking details via contact@sundaysesport.co.uk

Shipping is a one time fixed cost per category of item (e.g Packs Cards and Clothing have a different one time shipping rate meaning when purchasing items from both categories, both charges will apply once), this is due to the nature of the 'made to order' drop shipping of Printful. This means your item will be shipped from the country in which Printful has sourced the production of the item(s) ordered. You can find more information in Printful's Help Centre.

 

Shipping Costs

Current charges per category:
Packs Card: £2.99 (£3.99 outside of select European Countries and the UK)

Clothing: £4.99 (£3.49 for select European Countries, £5.99 outside of select European Countries and the UK)
Hoodies: £4.99* (£5.99 outside of select European Countries and the UK)
   *Due to where Printful ships our hoodies from, this item includes an extra £4.99 charge.

Stock Availability

We make every effort to ensure that all items listed for sale on our store are available. In the unlikely event that we cannot meet the shipping dates set above, we will contact you and inform you of the delay and keep you updated every step of the way.
Please contact us if your region is not supported when using the store. Not all regions are covered at this moment, but can be updated if necessary.

Where is my order?

For all orders places through the Sundays Esport website, you will receive an email confirmation confirming your order. You will then get an email once your item has been shipped, with tracking information if available. If you did not receive these emails or have not received your item in a timely manner, please contact us.

Digital/Bonus items

Whilst none are currently on offer, any digital purchases or bonus items/gifts will be processed either via Wix.com's integrated Store system or via other means such as email or the Discord Platform. If you have any questions or queries please contact us.

REFUND

Returns
If you aren't happy with your item, the first thing to do is contact us, we can rectify most issues. If you still aren't happy, we will discuss with you how to return your item(s). This can be done at contact@sundaysesport.co.uk

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a few days. Steps may be taken if the standard process fails or is unavailable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same item, simply contact us. Some items will not be eligible for exchange (i.e Sundays Packs Cards). We will guide you through an process for exchanging non-exempt items.

Gifts
If your item was given to you as a gift, we will send a refund to the gift giver only.

Shipping
To return your product, simply contact us and we will guide you through the return process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item with considerable value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
